Northwestern WR Alex Oelsner: Big-bodied target with limited college production
Alex Oelsner brings size and versatility to Northwestern, but his college résumé shows very limited game action, with appearances in 2019 and 2020 and no major statistical footprint in the available records. Listed at 6-4 and 241 pounds in recruiting/profile data, he profiles more like a hybrid tight end/superback than a pure wideout, which can matter for red-zone or blocking-heavy packages. If you're looking for a polished, proven receiving threat, the evidence here is thin; if you want a developmental, physical depth piece with positional flexibility, he is at least intriguing.
