Big-Frame QB with a Clean 2024 Stretch and Transfer-Upside
Justin Martin is a 6-5, pro-style quarterback with legitimate arm talent and size, and his best college tape came in 2024 at UCLA, when he completed 24 of 35 passes for 179 yards, a touchdown and no interceptions, including a 22-of-30 start at Penn State.[1][8][19] He is the kind of QB you care about if you want developmental upside: he has shown accuracy, poise in a hostile road start, and enough mobility to be a functional runner, while his recruiting profile and transfer path suggest there is still untapped ceiling rather than a finished product.[19]
