High-motor Washington DL who earned Pac-12 notice in 2019
In the 2019 season, Benning Potoa'e played in all 13 games for Washington, made four starts, and earned Pro Football Focus All-Pac-12 honorable mention recognition, a good sign of his reliability and disruptive value on the defensive line. He’s a compact, quick-handed interior defender with strong point-of-attack effort, showing up more as a tough, assignment-sound lineman than a pure stat-sheet racker. If your team wants a dependable, high-energy DL who brings hustle, leverage, and flash plays rather than headline-grabbing numbers, Potoa'e fits that profile nicely.
