A.J. Johnson brings veteran guard savvy and clutch scoring to Purdue Fort Wayne
In the 2005-06 season, Ashley (A.J.) Johnson was a reliable Purdue Fort Wayne guard who could score efficiently, rebound from the backcourt, and handle playmaking duties; in one game she logged 16 points, 4 assists, and 2 steals, showing the kind of all-around impact coaches love. The differentiator here is guard toughness: she’s the type who can stay on the floor for big minutes, make winning plays, and contribute beyond the box score with poise, activity, and competitive edge.
