Eastern Michigan DB with a chance to carve out value in the Eagles' secondary
Cardwell is a defensive back at Eastern Michigan, but the available public team-stat sources don’t provide enough player-level production to credibly call out specific 2024 numbers; what matters is that he profiles in a position where versatility, tackling reliability, and coverage discipline are the difference-makers. If you’re evaluating him for a roster spot, focus on whether he shows consistent route recognition, willingness to support the run, and enough athletic range to hold up in space. Based on the limited publicly indexed data, he’s a name to watch rather than a fully quantified impact player yet.
