Veteran Hornets DB with proven Alabama State pedigree
Desmond Foster is a former Alabama State cornerback who was recognized as a 2005 preseason All-SWAC selection and later credited as a two-year starter and team captain, which says a lot about his competitiveness and trustworthiness in the secondary.[4][11] At 5-foot-10 and 185 pounds, he was described by Alabama State coaches as a physical defender who could cover when needed and bring toughness in run support, a nice fit for teams wanting a versatile, high-motor DB rather than a pure track-star corner.[3][4]
