disruptive Morehead State linebacker with proven backfield impact
Jerome Brooks profiles as a productive, physical linebacker for Morehead State, finishing second on the team with 8.5 tackles for loss for 29 yards while also adding a pass breakup, quarterback hurry, and fumble recovery. That combination points to a defender who plays with range and urgency, not just volume tackling, and who can create negative plays that change drives. For a team, the appeal is his splash-play ability and toughness; the main fit question is whether you want an active front-seven piece who wins with disruption and effort as much as pure size.
