Run-Defending, Big-Play LB Who Makes Offenses Pay for Mistakes
Kareem Leaver has been known as a high-motor linebacker with a nose for disruption, highlighted by a 44-yard fumble return for a touchdown against Savannah State in 2014 and a reputation built on physical, opportunistic play. His value goes beyond tackles: he brings effort, instinct, and short-field momentum swings when the defense forces turnovers. Leaver’s path also includes an injury setback that derailed his time at Delaware State, so durability is part of the story. If you want a linebacker who plays with urgency and can change a game in one snap, he’s worth your attention.
