Local standout with proven high school production and a veteran receiver pedigree
Brian Balsiger’s most verifiable profile points to a high-upside Oregon receiver: at Tualatin High, he earned first-team All-League and All-State honors and set five school receiving records, which tells you he arrived with real ball-production chops and not just size. His Portland State-era bio also listed him at 6-foot-2, giving him a useful boundary frame for contested catches and red-zone work. The catch: I don’t have current 2026 game-by-game stat access here, so the safest read is that he’s a fit for a team wanting a physical, decorated receiver with strong local pedigree and clear receiving instincts.
