Mercer Safety Kainalu Pu'u Robinson Brings Size and Versatility to the Secondary
Kainalu Pu'u Robinson is a 6-1, 190-pound safety from Punahou in Honolulu who gives Mercer a longer, physical defensive back with real football pedigree and special-teams value[1]. Public stat data is limited, but ESPN lists him on Mercer’s roster and Fox Sports shows at least four tackles in tracked game logs, suggesting a developmental player who has already contributed in a reserve or rotational role[2][3]. If you want a safety with length, athletic upside, and a background that hints at discipline and coachability, he’s worth a look[1][4].
