Tyrone Kelly brings veteran DB depth to Delaware State
Tyrone Kelly is listed as a cornerback for Delaware State and remains a recognizable part of the Hornets’ defensive backfield, with ESPN identifying him on the roster and Delaware State’s athletics records showing his name in the program’s DB history. His main value is the kind of defensive-back experience coaches love: coverage versatility, accountability in the secondary, and the ability to fit into a system without needing the ball to find him. The publicly available sources here don’t provide season-by-season 2026 stat production, so his current impact is best read through role and continuity rather than eye-popping numbers.
