Del Jones is Radford’s go-to shot creator and late-game bucket-getter
In the 2025-26 season, Del Jones emerged as Radford’s primary offensive engine, averaging 17.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 3.5 assists while starting all 32 games and logging 31.7 minutes per night. His calling card is downhill burst and shot-making under pressure—he had multiple 25+ point games, including a 27-point night and a game-winner against Longwood—while also showing real foul-drawing ability and poise. The wrinkle: his efficiency can swing, especially from deep, so he looks best as a high-usage guard who can create chaos more than a pure floor spacer.
