Experienced Southeastern Louisiana DB with ballhawking pedigree
In the 2008 season, Paul Mundy appeared in 11 games for Southeastern Louisiana and finished with five tackles, showing up as a depth piece with special-teams value and steady coverage experience. His high-school résumé — 54 tackles, four interceptions and eight pass breakups as a senior at Higgins High — points to a DB who can find the ball and make plays when targeted. He looks like a physical, opportunistic defender who brings toughness, a New Orleans-area background, and a little hidden playmaking juice.
