Norfolk State P Ryan Richter: steady, field-position-focused specialist
In Norfolk State’s 2021 season, Ryan Richter showed the value of a reliable punter: 27 punts for a 35.0-yard average, eight downed inside the 20, and a long of 61 yards, with added versatility on kicks as he converted 5 of 7 extra points late in the year. [1] His profile fits a coach looking for field-position control, consistent hang time, and situational toughness, and his academic honor-roll recognition suggests a dependable, detail-oriented athlete.
