Josh Bruns brings versatile, physical depth to UMass up front
Bruns is a 6-foot-5, 283-pound offensive lineman for Massachusetts who has already shown lineup flexibility, starting at both right guard and center when injuries forced changes. That kind of versatility matters: it suggests a dependable, next-man-up profile rather than a one-position specialist. UMass’s roster notes point to him as part of an offense that produced 41 points and 554 yards in one game, which highlights his value in a unit that can function when he’s on the field. He looks like a practical fit for a team needing interior stability, positional flexibility, and toughness.
