Emily Vogelpohl is Wright State’s defensive tone-setter at guard
Vogelpohl has been a clear-impact guard for Wright State, earning Horizon League All-Defensive Team recognition for the second straight season and bringing steady two-way value with about 9.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game in the 2018-19 season. She stands out for toughness, activity, and playmaking on the perimeter rather than pure volume scoring, which makes her the kind of glue player coaches trust in competitive lineups. If you want a guard who can defend, compete, and help organize the floor, she fits that profile well.[2][5]
