High-usage, two-way MEAC forward who impacts winning
April McBride has been a productive, do-everything forward for Maryland Eastern Shore, with the program noting she led the team in minutes, points, rebounds, field goals, free throws and steals while earning First Team All-MEAC honors[5]. Earlier in her career, she flashed a rebounding-and-defense profile as a rookie, averaging 15.5 points, 9.5 rebounds and 3.5 steals in a two-game stretch that earned MEAC Co-Rookie of the Week recognition[1]. For a roster needing toughness, possession-winning play and a reliable interior presence, she looks like a strong fit[5][1].
