Explosive Punt Returner and Reliable Receiver from SE Louisiana, Ex-GSU Eagle
Darius Lewis, a dynamic 5-9 New Orleans native WR, exploded in the 2024 season at Southeastern Louisiana with 806 receiving yards on 82 catches (5 TDs), 403 punt return yards, and a school-record 39.3 avg per return (5th nationally), totaling 1,235 all-purpose yards. Preseason All-American with elite speed and big-play ability (62- and 55-yard returns), he transitioned from limited special teams role at Georgia Southern (2022-23: 6 rec, 49 yds) to SLU star. Post-pro day buzz positions him as a 2025 draft prospect—perfect slot fit for teams needing versatile, high-motor return specialists.
