a high-motor edge rusher with proven Mountain West production
In his Fresno State career, David Perales built a real résumé as a disruptive DE, finishing with 22.5 sacks to rank sixth all-time in Bulldogs history and peaking in 2022 with 11.5 sacks, 16 tackles for loss, and two forced fumbles. His calling cards are burst, relentlessness, and backfield chaos—he’s the kind of edge defender who changes protection plans, not just box scores. Add in his durability and toughness through a long college path, and he looks like a fit for teams wanting a disciplined, effort-heavy pass rusher with splash-play upside.
