Jacksonville State DB with 2 INTs and 1 FF in 2025 Season
Raheam Buxton, a 6'0", 175-lb defensive back for Jacksonville State, delivered a standout 2025 season with 2 interceptions and 1 forced fumble, ranking among the team’s top playmakers in coverage. His differentiators include elite intensity, a fearless tackling style, and a calm, team-first personality that elevates locker room energy. Though he has no major injury history, his high motor sometimes leads to over-pursuit—a trait coaches are refining. Buxton is a strong fit for teams seeking a reliable, high-intensity DB who thrives in pressure situations and brings consistent effort every down.
