low-usage Texas Tech forward with efficient touch
Hoffmeister’s current profile is that of a deep-rotation Texas Tech forward whose impact has been limited in volume but efficient when he’s on the floor, with career averages of 0.7 points, 0.3 rebounds, and 44.4% shooting from the field in ESPN’s college stats database.[1][2] Because the available public data is thin, the main takeaway is not star-level production but roster depth: he appears to be a developmental piece rather than a featured scorer, so the fit question is less about box-score output and more about whether your team values size, practice competitiveness, and short-minute efficiency.
