Suzi Fregosi is Iona’s steady playmaking engine
Suzi Fregosi stands out as a classic distributor: in her Iona career, she logged a team-high 122 assists in one season while averaging 4.5 assists per game, plus 4.9 points, 1.8 rebounds and 1.0 steals, showing reliable floor leadership and defensive activity. She was also recognized with Iona’s Best Offensive Player award and was described as a “major sparkplug” for the offense, which points to a guard who can organize, energize and keep an attack flowing—useful if you want a table-setter more than a pure scorer.
