Melis Ulker brings size, rim protection, and steady frontcourt value for Eastern Michigan
Ulker is a 6-4 center from Istanbul who gave Eastern Michigan a reliable interior presence, starting 19 games in the 2004-05 season while averaging 5.2 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 17.6 minutes per game on 44.9% shooting[1]. Her calling card is size plus shot-blocking — she ranks third in EMU history with 66 blocks — which makes her a fit for teams needing a true paint anchor who can alter shots, finish efficiently, and do the unglamorous work that wins possessions[1].
