Jaleel Stubbs brings local-product grit to Austin Peay’s backfield
Jaleel Stubbs is a local Austin Peay running back whose profile points to a durable, developmental fit: he redshirted in 2015 and has remained on the program’s roster as a steady depth option, with ESPN listing him in Austin Peay’s RB group and tracking his career stats there. His appeal is less about splashy, public stat production and more about familiarity with the program, patience, and a blue-collar edge that can matter in a room needing reliable, coachable backs. If you want an experienced, low-drama body who likely understands the system and role requirements, he’s worth a look.[2][4]
