Defensive-First Guard with Proven Steal-Generating Instincts
Lever’s value is built on disruption: at Seattle in 2009-10 he played all 31 games, averaged nearly 20 minutes, and led the Redhawks with 45 steals, including a seven-steal game at Cal Poly; he also showed enough offense to hit a season-high 13 points twice against Eastern Washington. Earlier in college, he produced elite steal rates at Nebraska-Kearney and JUCO, which points to a guard who pressures the ball, reads passing lanes, and changes possessions without needing high usage. If your team wants toughness, energy, and backcourt defense, he fits.
