Cole Wilder brings veteran Radford guard savvy and radio-ready leadership
Cole Wilder is best known as a former Radford guard whose value was tied to toughness, continuity, and basketball IQ rather than flashy box-score noise. In his senior 2008-09 season, he was part of a Highlanders group with major backcourt experience, and Radford’s archival notes show him as a steady guard presence on a team with multiple proven scorers. The differentiator: he projects as the kind of composed, reliable team-fit guy coaches trust to run structure, communicate, and keep a locker room aligned — the classic glue-piece guard who makes teammates better.
