Explosive RB with Proven Burst, Seeking Next Level Post-Transfer
Texas State RB Josh Berry flashed serious potential in 2022 as a redshirt sophomore, racking up 38 carries for 196 yards (5.2 YPC) and 1 TD across 7 games, building on his high school dominance at Ridge Community (600+ yards, 8 TDs as a senior). His differentiator is elite speed and vision—evident in Hudl highlights—making him a big-play threat despite limited college touches amid transfer portal entry in Dec 2023. No major injury flags; high-motor grinder perfect for teams needing a versatile, intense backup RB ready to compete now.
