veteran Beacons defensive lineman with a proven early-career track record
Brett Heber brings useful defensive-line experience to Valparaiso, with archived Valpo stats showing he was active in the 2009-2011 seasons and contributed as a physical, assignment-sound presence up front. His differentiator is reliability: he’s the kind of trenches player who adds toughness, depth, and game-day steadiness rather than flash. Publicly available current-season production is limited, so the best read is that he projects as a gritty fit for a program that values discipline, effort, and line depth.
