Nicholls WR Chris Raymond: A 6'2 redshirt freshman with upside, speed, and room to grow
Chris Raymond is a **6-foot-2, 180-pound redshirt freshman wide receiver** at Nicholls who fits the profile of a developmental playmaker: lean frame, good length, and multi-sport speed background that can translate to vertical-threat potential.[5][4] He is still early in his college career, so the main appeal is upside rather than proven production, but that also makes him a smart fit for a staff that values patience, special-teams utility, and long-term growth at receiver.[5]
