Isaiah Turner brings size, rebounding, and floor-stretching upside to South Carolina State
In the 2022-23 season, Isaiah Turner averaged 5.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 1.0 assists for South Carolina State, while shooting 45.5% from the field, a profile that points to a productive, physical forward who can survive inside and stretch a defense a bit[1][6]. At 6-10, he adds length, offensive-rebound value, and post presence, and scouting notes highlighted his willingness to pop for catch-and-shoot threes and attack the glass—useful traits for a team wanting a skilled backup big with some edge[6].
