St. John’s Frontcourt Add-on: Semebene Brings Size, Rebounding, and a Proving-Ground Edge
Fapou Semebene entered St. John’s as a junior-college stand out after helping her team to 27 wins, and early Red Storm action showed a physical frontcourt presence with efficient finishing around the rim and rebound value; St. John’s listed her at 6'1" and she has a track record of high-production college basketball, including strong rebounding and all-around impact before arriving in Queens. She looks like a fit for teams that want toughness, interior energy, and a player whose value extends beyond points, though the available public stats are limited and don’t show a big scoring load yet.
