Lisa Archie gives Elon a rugged interior presence with shot-blocking pop
In the 2011-12 season, Lisa Archie was a reserve-to-spot-starter center for Elon who averaged 2.7 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 25 blocks in 23 games, with a knack for protecting the rim and producing bursts like a career-high five blocks in one game. Her value is the kind coaches love: size, energy, and defensive impact that doesn’t always show up in the scoring column. If a team wants a physical interior defender who can rebound, contest, and bring toughness off the bench, Archie checks that box.
