Maryland's Tall, Resilient DB with Battle-Tested Grit
At 6'3" and 215 lbs, Denzel Conyers stands out as a towering cornerback for the Maryland Terrapins, bringing rare length and physicality to the secondary; in the 2017 season as a redshirt senior, he appeared in seven games with nine tackles and 1.0 TFL, peaking with four stops at #10 Ohio State. Despite a torn ACL before his senior HS year derailing early momentum, his perseverance shines through—ideal for teams needing a versatile, intense defender who plays bigger than his stat line suggests and fits Big Ten battles perfectly.
