Cassie Rochel brings high-end rebounding and efficient frontcourt production to Wisconsin
Cassie Rochel stands out as a physical, high-motor frontcourt presence who already showed impact in rebounding, finishing, and secondary playmaking, with 8.1 rebounds per game, 6.6 points per game, and 1.3 assists per game in the available stat snapshot.[1] Her background also suggests legit winning pedigree: she was named Minnesota’s Miss Basketball in 2010 after averaging 16.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, and 4 blocks per game as a senior, which points to a player who can protect the paint and control the glass.[2][3] She looks like a fit for teams that value toughness, activity, and dependable interior production over flash.[1][2]
