Nick Ferrara brings proven kicking pedigree and multi-position versatility to Stony Brook
Ferrara is a **senior kicker/punter** at Stony Brook with a 220-pound frame and a background that includes earlier college production at Maryland, where he ranked **8th in the ACC in field-goal percentage (72.0%)** and **8th in scoring among place-kickers (6.8 points per game)** as a freshman. He looks like a useful fit for a special-teams room because he has shown both kicking efficiency and roster flexibility, but his value will hinge on whether he can translate that prior résumé into consistent, dependable college production now.
