No Basketball Match: CJ West is NFL 49ers DT, Not Cal Bears Center
CJ West, a 6'2", 317-lb defensive tackle drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the 4th round (113th overall) of the 2025 NFL Draft out of Indiana, boasts college stats of 150 tackles and 10 sacks across Kent State (2020-23) and Indiana (2024); no records exist of him as a basketball player for the California Golden Bears—search results confirm his pro football path with early 49ers promise as a run-stuffer, making him irrelevant for hoops scouting.
