Ty Felder brings playmaking value and edge as a versatile New Orleans guard-forward option
Ty Felder stands out for his ball-moving instincts, competitiveness, and ability to create offense for others, traits that translate well for a team looking for a high-IQ connector rather than a pure volume scorer. CBS Sports described him as a mid-major prospect they “buy into” more than they sell, noting draftable-level value tied to his elite passing production and pre-draft stock. That profile suggests he fits best as a spark plug who can raise the pace, keep the offense organized, and bring toughness and urgency every night.
