Dontaye Draper brings veteran guard scoring punch to Charleston
Dontaye Draper’s appeal is his proven ability to score efficiently from the guard spot, highlighted by a 38-point career high for Charleston and a senior-season scoring average of 18.5 points per game, with added rebounding from the backcourt[1][2]. At 5-foot-11, he stands out less for size than for shot-making, ball pressure, and the kind of tough, veteran guard play that can steady an offense and create a fit for teams needing a composed lead scorer[2][5].
