Andre Bottoms is a low-usage, high-IQ guard who gives Norfolk State steady backcourt depth
Bottoms profiles as a compact, team-first guard for Norfolk State: in the 2023-24 season he appeared in 18 games and averaged 0.5 points, 0.2 rebounds, and 0.4 assists in 5.2 minutes per game, while ESPN lists him at 6-foot-0 and shows modest offensive production overall. The value here is less about box-score pop and more about reliability, guard skills, and roster fit as a depth piece who can handle the ball and keep the offense organized. He looks best for a team needing a disciplined, low-mistake backcourt option rather than a primary scorer.
