Joey Howard brings size and depth to Alabama A&M’s defensive line
Joey Howard appears on Alabama A&M’s football roster as a defensive lineman, but publicly available current stat data for him is limited, so the best read is from role and team context rather than box-score fireworks. In the 2025 season, Alabama A&M’s defense allowed 423.8 yards per game and 33.4 points per game, which means any DL contributor who can hold gaps, collapse pockets, and raise the unit’s physicality has real value. Howard’s fit looks most appealing if a team wants a trench player with developmental upside, toughness, and lineup flexibility rather than headline-grabbing numbers.
