Carla Matthews brings two-way guard value for Southern
Carla Matthews is a guard worth watching because Southern’s roster context suggests she is part of a competitive program, but public stat detail on her individual production is limited in the available sources, so her current value is best framed through role and fit rather than box-score dominance. For a team, the key question is whether you want a guard who can contribute in a structured, team-oriented setting; the missing public numbers make it harder to quantify her scoring or playmaking ceiling right now, which is itself useful information for recruiters prioritizing verified production and available film evaluation.
