Portland State DL with a limited public paper trail
I couldn’t verify a current, reliable player profile for a Portland State defensive lineman named Dave Howell in the available sources, so I can’t responsibly grade his 2026 performance, strengths, or fit. The search results mostly surfaced unrelated profiles for other Howells, which usually means this is either a very new/low-profile roster entry or the name/team details need checking. If you want, I can help you vet whether this is the same player listed under another name or identify a better-sourced Portland State DL prospect.
