Omaha's Steady Veteran Guard with Untapped Freshman Fire
Tim Smallwood, Omaha Mavericks guard, posts reliable 5.3 PPG, 2.0 RPG, and 0.8 APG with 37.3% FG in recent seasons (per ESPN and RealGM career stats), embodying a gritty, dependable role player who flashed elite promise as a 2011-12 freshman averaging 19 PPG and earning Freshman of the Year honors. His differentiator? Battle-tested consistency minus flash, perfect for teams needing low-ego bench spark and multi-year leadership—ideal fit if you value hustle over headlines, though no recent breakout suggests he's a depth chart gem, not a star.
