developmental Northern Arizona defensive lineman with a local-bred edge
Chris Cheever is a Northern Arizona DL whose profile points to a developmental interior piece with a blue-collar foundation: he arrived from Joy Christian High School, where he earned second-team offense honors in Division 5, and NAU lists him on the defensive line roster. Because the available public record is limited, there’s no reliable recent stat line to judge current production, but his value case is the combination of size/position fit, homegrown Arizona background, and the kind of lower-profile, coachable trajectory teams often like in rotational front-seven depth.
