Howard Scarborough Brings Proven Cornerback Production to Missouri State
Scarborough is a seasoned **senior cornerback** who projects as an immediate fit because he has already been a **three-year starter** and is expected to reclaim the **right cornerback** job for Missouri State. In 2012, he started 10 games, finished with **37 tackles**, and posted **at least one pass breakup in 9 games**, which points to steady coverage disruption rather than just spot play. He also earned **second-team All-Missouri Valley Conference** recognition and ranks among the school’s top three in career pass breakups, signaling reliability, ball skills, and a competitive edge[1][4].
