Elite Passer Rating (160.1) & Low INTs Define Boise State QB's 2024 Surge
Montell Cozart stands out as Boise State's most efficient QB in the 2024 season, boasting a 160.1 passer rating (42nd of 344) and only 1 interception (224th of 346), proving he protects the ball while delivering 10 TDs. Beyond stats, Cozart’s differentiator is his graduate-transfer maturity from Kansas, combining a calm, game-captain personality with intense preparation that earned him honorary fourth-game captain honors at Colorado State. He’s injury-free, highly adaptable, and brings a low-risk, high-reward profile ideal for teams needing a poised leader who thrives under pressure without the volatility of younger QBs.
