veteran two-way presence, but not the Eastern Illinois basketball player you’re looking for
The available results do not identify a current Eastern Illinois Panthers basketball center named Kevin Lowe; the search results instead point to a retired NHL defenseman, so there is no reliable current college-basketball performance profile to assess. If you meant a different Eastern Illinois player, I’d want the correct name before judging fit, strengths, or rankings. Based on the current evidence, there is not enough verified information to say he is a good roster fit.
