Julian Jackson is the kind of downhill linebacker UTEP can trust in the middle
Julian Jackson brings proven production and veteran steadiness to UTEP’s linebacker room, with the Miners’ own roster note crediting him with 65 tackles in the 2017 season and an All-Conference USA honorable mention nod. His calling card is reliability: a strong, physical tackler who can handle a heavy workload, plus experience from Wake Forest before arriving in El Paso. He isn’t a flashy stat-padding defender, but he looks like the type coaches love—smart, sturdy, and built for assignment football.
