Conor Famulener brings **battles-tested frontcourt fundamentals** to Cal
Famulener was known at California as a **strong, physical, fundamentally sound post player**, with coach Braun calling him the team’s most fundamentally sound post player[4]. His college stat line was modest—he produced around **2.3 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 0.8 assists per game** in his NCAA career—so his value was more about positional solidity, toughness, and doing the dirty work than box-score production[6]. He also played in **three NCAA Tournament teams** at Cal and served as team captain, which points to leadership and winning-program experience[7].
