West Point’s steady, high-IQ guard with a long-range punch
Destinee Morris was a reliable Army West Point guard whose game was built on shooting touch, composure, and basketball IQ; in her 2017-18 season, she appeared in 30 games, averaged 4.2 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 1.2 assists, and finished her West Point career with 117 made 3-pointers, sixth all-time in program history. She also showed real burst in spots, including a season-best 15 points in the opener and a 4-for-8 night from deep. If you want a guard who can space the floor, make smart decisions, and fit a disciplined system, she’s the kind of player that quietly upgrades a roster.
